Jennifer is the founder of ELCO Consulting. Jennifer began her search career in 2003. She established and led the fund marketing/investor relations search practice at a boutique search firm for 18 years. As a part of her practice, Jennifer also worked on select family office mandates. Jennifer left in 2021 to establish her own firm.  Focused on fund marketing, investor relations and family office recruitment in the alternative investment space, ELCO Consulting carefully cultivates its client list to ensure that each client receives Jennifer’s full attention and an unconstrained candidate pool.  Prior to search, Jennifer was a Leveraged Finance banker at Citigroup and is a graduate of the University of Virginia. Jennifer is an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan, a passionate plant parent and a doting mom to two “over-scheduled” children.
